Justina Samuel is an Associate of CMS LBR.

She develops her activity mainly in the area of employment law, namely in the drafting and analysis of employment and service contracts, drafting of applications for conciliation and mediation, preparation of initial petitions for labour disputes and appeals in disciplinary matters.

Also, she has a vast experience in disciplinary proceedings and experience in Family Law, namely in the preparation of divorce petitions, in the preparation of agreements on the distribution of the couple's common assets, in the recognition of de facto unions and in the regulation of the exercise of parental power.

She also acts in criminal proceedings.
